Response times

General and marketing: we aim to reply within two working days.
Legal and data protection requests: acknowledged promptly and answered within one month, as required by the UK GDPR.
We do not operate a telephone line. Everything is handled in writing so that there is a record on both sides.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions to our apps are billed by Apple or Google, not by Kodara Labs Ltd directly. Cancellations and refunds are handled through your App Store or Google Play account under their policies.
