Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By using the Zenvo app or this website you agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenvo. By using it you confirm that you are.

2. The service

Zenvo delivers short motivational clips each morning at a time you choose, followed by a daily manifestation prompt. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. Where a change is material and affects a paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
• Billing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. The price and period are shown to you before you confirm, and are charged by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• Price changes. We will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other consumer protection law that applies to you. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and those rights cannot be excluded.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the service, including clips, audio, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to Kodara Labs Ltd. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, extract content in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. No professional advice

MOTIVATIONAL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INSPIRATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, THERAPEUTIC, FINANCIAL OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, AND IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR IT. IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, PLEASE SPEAK TO A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.

8. Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS SET OUT IN SECTION 4, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of liability

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. SUBJECT TO THAT, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR £10.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
